RULES AND REGULATION

Below are the rules and regulations regarding kit possession by any C.C.R agent in Fantel Nigeria Limited:

  1. Any C.C.R must have a permanent structure (BRICK AND MORTAR) and a minimum of ₦30,000 capital for MTN SIM registration activities.
  2. Every C.C.R must abide by all N.C.C and MTN rules for legal registration (INFRACTION) activities.
  3. SIM registration outlets must be branded i.e have MTN logo and a directional signage signifying Sim registration.
  4. SIM registration outlet must have a white/grey background and must be well lit with bright lights.
  5. MTN outlet authorization certificate and Fantel NCC license must be visibly well-displayed in the outlet.
  6. The agent must have a minimum school certificate qualification with copies of certificate in the outlet.
  7. Agent must always wear the MTN-issued identity card.
  8. Agent must have a valid bank account (MoMo) with verified BVN.
  9. Agent must not pre-register a SIM or sell pre-registered SIMs.
  10. Agent must not register additional SIMs using customers NIN without their consent.
  11. Loss of any registration item (kit, scanner, charger or bag) will result to payment of the missing item.
  12. Every agent must register 3-5 GC per day.
  13. Guarantor must be a religious leader, traditional ruler, civil servant of grade 12 or above or a business man with a minimum of 1 million collateral.
