FANTEL TOPUP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fantel TopUp mobile application.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Fantel TopUp enables users to:

• Purchase airtime and data for MTN, Airtel, Globacom, and 9mobile
• Pay electricity, cable TV, education, and other supported bills
• Manage transactions via a digital wallet

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes

3. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Fantel is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence

4. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS

• All prices are displayed before confirmation
• Transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Service delivery depends on third-party providers

5. REFUNDS AND REVERSALS

• Successfully delivered airtime and data purchases are non-refundable
• Failed transactions will be reversed or refunded within 24–72 hours, subject to verification

6. PROHIBITED USE

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud or illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the App
• Use bots or automated systems

7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Fantel reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or unlawful activity
• Freeze balances pending investigation where necessary

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Fantel is not responsible for:

• Service failures caused by telecom operators or billers
• Network downtime or pricing changes by third parties

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Fantel Nigeria Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fantel shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• User input errors
• Network or third-party service failures

11. MODIFICATIONS

Fantel may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
