DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fantel TopUp enables users to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Purchase airtime and data for MTN, Airtel, Globacom, and 9mobile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pay electricity, cable TV, education, and other supported bills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Manage transactions via a digital wallet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>2. USER ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Provide accurate registration information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Use the App only for lawful purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>3. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Fantel is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>4. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">All prices are displayed before confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (\u20a6)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Service delivery depends on third-party providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>5. REFUNDS AND REVERSALS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Successfully delivered airtime and data purchases are&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Failed transactions will be reversed or refunded within&nbsp;<strong>24\u201372 hours<\/strong>, subject to verification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>6. PROHIBITED USE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Engage in fraud or illegal activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the App<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Use bots or automated systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fantel reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or unlawful activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Freeze balances pending investigation where necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fantel is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Service failures caused by telecom operators or billers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Network downtime or pricing changes by third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Fantel Nigeria Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fantel shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Indirect or consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">User input errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Network or third-party service failures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>11. MODIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Fantel may modify these Terms at any time.
